GRADUATING FROM WATER PIPELINES TO HYDROCARBONS
Throughout the 1970s, our Mechanical Interference Fit (MIF) system gradually became recognized as a value alternative to welding carbon steel pipelines. Beginning with water lines and steadily graduating with approvals for hydrocarbon products in oil and gas field gathering networks, mainly in Texas, USA. Our system was laying the right-of-way to engage commercially with traditional welding methods of pipeline construction.
