SOLID DESIGN ENGINEERS

Stealth-Lock is an industry leader in providing Pipeline construction technology solutions that deliver productivity that is typically 10 times faster than welding utilizing 10% of the manpower associated with conventional welding construction methods. The company’s dedication to continually develop the Stealth-Lock machinery product requires that we continually scout for talented solid design engineers to join our manufacturing team.
This position, in the Stealth R&D group, will work in a team-based environment in the continual development of the Stealth-Lock Technology. In the position, the colleague will have the opportunity to work with the Stealth-Lock product from the design and validation phases through production. The employee will work closely with other disciplines across the company to continue to deliver a World Class product.
- 2-year associate degree with two year related work experience
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Advanced proficiency using Pro/E or other solids modeling software required
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and Word Processing software
- Good grasp of basic hydraulics and pump selection
- Have a basic understanding of pumping systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and make use of new engineering processes and techniques.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Candidates should have a willingness to grow personally and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team to timely objectives.
- Experience solving complex technical problems.
- Past experience in product development and new product implementation.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Machinery fabrication development including hydraulic systems.
