What never ceases to amaze me is how our Stealth-Lock company can bring such a diverse human resource of talented people, consolidated into one global base. Our colleagues are truly different, emanating from the four corners of the earth. I see this as our key differentiator setting us above our competitors. 

Each and every time I have the privilege to work in the field, in the factory, the offices, the desert camps and in all sorts of extreme environments, I get to break bread, talk, laugh, and listen to the people that I am proud and humbled to call my colleagues. Our nationalities, cultures and religious beliefs are too many to mention. 

What I can say, is that what makes “Our Stealth People” to be a wealth of human capacity of tolerance and mutual respect in more ways than one, is not just about the job. It’s about who you work with, and who you work for. It’s about attitude, respect, pride in our work and a tenacious ability to get the job done in safe and honest ways. This is the right way, and in following this path, having the moral courage to learn by our mistakes and ensure we make improvements each and every day.

I could speak more about the multitude of benefits of the Stealth-Lock technology but it would be nothing if it weren’t for the people that make it happen each and every day. That is why I have no doubt that because of the cultural blending of our company; our technology will continue to deliver results in any place on earth. Our Stealth People are the best, and I am proud not only to lead - but to listen in the pursuit of excellence.
