Increased Safety Solutions: Apart from the commercial benefits of utilizing Stealth-Lock, the integrated system also provides vastly reduced safety hazards due to the fact that manpower and equipment is drastically reduced and most of the construction works performed are not classified as “hot-works.”

In its 40-year history, the Stealth-Lock MIF System has never had a joint failure in-service. More than this, our construction methods are fast, clean, and nonpolluting to the surrounding environments in which we work. Because we are an Integrated Services Resource company we consider and control the human impact on our environment all the way from solid design engineering through to human attitudes and behavior in the field of construction. We also are proud of the fact that our carbon footprint represents only 3% of that generated by welding. 

Critical Sour Service Solutions: as hydrocarbon production across the World changes from Sweet Service to Critical Sour Service in high sulphur, H2S environments, Stealth-Lock leads the solutions again when combined with Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coatings applied to the ID and/or OD of the pipe. In critical sour service conditions, not only can this extend the lifetime of the pipeline from 2 to 20+ years, this combined solution provides another lower cost alternative due to the fact that circumferential sleeves are not required when pressing the Stealth-Lock joints together. The lifetime longevity of the FBE coated Stealth-Lock pipeline also helps to substantially mitigate the potential for leaks caused by Sulphide Stress Cracking (SSC) as the combined system is certified as “Holiday Free.”   

Production Acceleration Solutions: compared to a welding crew, our productivity is 10 times faster on a daily basis. Not only does this have construction cost reduction implications, but the client should also consider that the hydrocarbon production volume is increased and accelerated to market. Four example, if a typical field development contract provides for a scope of 600km of gathering network to be constructed over a three-year contract, what are the increased production volumes yielded if that total project gathering network is completed by Stealth-Lock in under one year?
