The International energy shipping company AGODCO Group acquires the technology company and rebrands “Sure” to “Stealth.”

“We will pursue a long-term investment commitment to our Stealth-Lock Company, especially in R&D and international laboratory validations,” said AGODCO Group Chief Operating Officer, Terry Antoniadis.

Antoniadis continued; “We have already charted the course for international outreach and recognize that global success can only come from multi-million dollar investment and we are stepping up to increase value in our new acquisition onshore.
